This sausage mixes selected lean meats and dewlaps to give it more tenderness. NATURAL EGGS, salt, white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg are added. It is completely coloring free.
All this makes it have a yellowish color and a slightly grainy texture. It has a very fine but intense flavor.
