This pizza has a homemade mushroom cream (boletus) with ceps mushrooms from the region, depending on the time of year, a layer of mozzarella and a touch of oregano.

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.
For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.
We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Mozzarella 29% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), cream of mushroom soup 14% (liquid cream (Cream (min.18% M.G.) (Milk), modified corn starch, MILK powder, emulsifier (E-472e), thickeners (pectins (E440 (i), (ii)), carrageenan), dehydrated mushroom soup 2% and salt) and oregano.
