Let yourself be conquered with this combination of sweet and salty flavors, this pizza contains that mixture of flavors that we Catalans love as well as many visitors.
Comes with of a layer of fried tomato, mozzarella cheese, marinated bacon and cured in our workshop, removing the hardest part and adding dates, with a touch of oregano that you cannot miss.

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.
For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.
We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Mozzarella 33% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), cured belly 13% (pork belly, salt, black pepper, preservatives E252 and E250), dates 3% and oregano.
