The creaminess, mellowness, acidity of the goat cheese and the crunch of the walnuts make this pizza hard to ignore.
Each one has 80g of goat roll cheese (from the Soignon house), on a layer of fried tomato and mozzarella, at the end we add walnuts and oregano.

Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.
For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.
We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Mozzarella 31% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), goat cheese 19% (pasteurized goat's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST and coagulant), WALNUTS 2% and oregano.
