Description

An exquisite and different pizza that combines soft but very different textures and flavors. This time we dared another option of salty-sweet pizza.
On a layer of fried tomato and mozzarella, we add medallions of Foie micuit, fig jam and a touch of oregano.

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.

For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.

We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Pizza dough 52% (WHEAT flour, water, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, acidulant E333), salt, yeast and olive oil). Mozzarella 36% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), Bloc Foie Gras d'anec Mi-cuit 9% (duck fatty liver (90%), water, sugar, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, Armagnac, white pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), fig jam 3% (fig, sugar, concentrated lemon juice and gelling agent: fruit pectin) and oregano.
