A rich blend of flavors is what Nordic pizza delivers with generous chunks of smoked salmon; it delivers a mellow pleasure while transporting you to other places.
Made with a base layer of fried tomato; we add mozzarella, about 70g of sliced smoked salmon (not shredded) and oregano.

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.
For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.
We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Pizza dough 50% (WHEAT flour, water, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, acidulant E333), salt, yeast and olive oil). Mozzarella 35% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LACTIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), smoked salmon 15% (Salar salmon, salt, sugar and natural wood smoke) and oregano.
