Fresh sausage that delivers a lot of flavor, typical of our gastronomy, especially to be grilled, on a barbecue or fried. Made with minced meat and seasoned with various spices.
NueOur ingredients are lean pork, salt, pepper. Stuffed in natural pork casing. We do not add fat or water, which makes it different from the rest of the raw sausages on the market.
