Description

Sausage with an intense flavor, with the same ingredients as chorizo and choricito, but without curing. It has a characteristic red color.
Composed of fresh lean pork of first quality and a part of dewlap, which provides mellowness and helps its conservation. Seasoned with paprika de la Vera and salt. Usually eaten fried or roasted.
