Description

High mountain sausage, its elaboration and process makes it last longer without losing its flavor and smooth texture. Also known as “bisbe blanc”, “bufa” or thick white sausage.
Stuffed with pork meat mixed in a balanced way: lean meat and dewlap. With an addition of salt and black pepper, all stuffed into the pork belly.
