We add a mushroom cream (boletus) made in our workshop, to the base of the Liver Bread.
Since it contains dairy cream, this product is not suitable for people intolerant to lactose and milk derivatives.
Liver Bread is a local version of the typical French country pâté; its texture is smooth and creamy. It contains its ingredients in small pieces that are soft but not completely dissolved.
It is made by combining pork liver and bacon, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and a porcini cream (boletus). The mixture is placed in a container and covered with the cloth that protects the liver, finally it is cooked in a water bath in a totally closed space such as an oven or a boiler.

Remove from the packaging and thaw for 20 minutes before consuming.
