A striking combination that combines sweet and salty flavors, for palates that likes contrasts.
We add a Danish blue cheese, to our pizza base of fried tomato and mozzarella then, we add pieces of dehydrated pears and a touch of oregano.

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.
For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.
We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Pizza dough 50% (WHEAT flour, water, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, acidulant E333), salt, yeast and olive oil). Mozzarella 35% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LATIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), blue cheese 8% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LATIC YEAST, microbial rennet, penicillium roqueforti), dehydrated pear 7% (pear, cane sugar, acidity regulator E-330, pear aroma and preservative sodium METABISULPHITE) and oregano.
