Description

A festival of flavors is the combination that this pizza brings, which we can also describe as fresh and vegetarian: 100% vegetables. If you like gratin, you can leave it in the oven for a while longer to get it, but be careful, do not overdo it, otherwise it will dry out.
We place a layer of fried tomato, a layer of mozzarella cheese, wild green asparagus, sprinkle with French Emmental cheese and oregano

Pre-cooked and crispier.
Cook at 200°C, place the pizza directly on the oven rack and place it as close to the base of the oven, with the heat from the bottom. If you prefer you can place nonstick parchment / wax paper or aluminum foil at the base.

For optimal preservation, keep them vacuum packed in the fridge, at a maximum temperature of 4°C. Although the pizza has a recommended date of consumption, if not going to consume immediately, please freeze it.
If you decide to freeze the pizza, at the time of cooking, place it frozen directly in the oven.

We recommend consuming over the next 15 to 17 days.

Mozzarella 31% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LATIC YEAST, coagulant, anti-caking agent: potato starch), green asparagus 16%, Emmental cheese 6% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, LATIC YEAST, microbial rennet and anti-caking agent: potato starch) and oregano.
