Description

Our Choricito is a cured sausage elaborated in the most traditional way, perfect for those who love intense flavors and tender textures. Its cure ranges from 20 to 30 days.
Made with fresh lean pork of first quality and a part of dewlap. Seasoned with paprika de la Vera, garlic and salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper, which gives it a spicy touch. Stuffed in natural pig tripe.
