This artisan sausage is made with a premium selection of lean pork, adding dewlap for better preservation. Seasoned with paprika de la Vera, garlic and salt. Stuffed in a natural pig tripe. It takes a long curing period.
Remove from the packaging and thaw for 20 minutes before consuming.
