Our Longaniza, also known as dry longaniza, is a sausage made with minced pork meat, cured through a natural and slow process that can take 2 to 3 months.
Created by a select variety of lean meats (without nerves or fat) from different parts of the minced pork. Seasoned with salt and pepper, stuffed in thick pig tripe.
