Sobrasada is a gourmet product, with an intense color, a creamy texture and strong flavor. In addition to having a very good taste, our Sobrasada is characterized by having very little fat, leaving no traces on your palate.
This delicatessen is the result of a mixture of carefully selected lean pork meat, which is chopped into small pieces to give it a fine texture, bacon is added to give it mellowness, red pepper from the Island of Mallorca, which gives it its characteristic colour. It is stuffed into a semi-curly tripe and its curing period is not less than two months.
