One of the most popular sausages of our gastronomy, with an exquisite texture and flavor. Its name means “whip” in Catalan, since it is long and thin like a whip. It can measure up to 40 cm in length.
Prepared as the original recipe, with back pork meat mixed with salt and pepper. Stuffed in a natural tripe. Its curing process takes 2 to 3 weeks, which characterizes its good flavor.
