Liver Bread is a local version of the typical French country pâté, its texture is smooth and creamy. It contains its ingredients in small pieces that are soft but not completely dissolved.
It is made by joining pork liver and bacon, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley. The mixture is placed in a container and covered with the cloth that protects the liver; finally, it is cooked in a water bath in a totally closed space such as an oven or a boiler.
