Description

Another cooked sausage from the Bull family, typical of the Ripollès and Cerdanya regions, with a tender and consistent texture with an intense flavor.
To the base of the White Bull we add the liver that gives it a more intense flavor, adding eggs to give it more mellowness. Seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper, stuffed into a thick or blind pork tripe and slow cooking.
