Among artisan cold cuts, cooked ham is one of the best known in the world. Our Cooked Ham is a 100% artisanal; this cooked cold cut offers us many gastronomic alternatives.
Made exclusively with boneless whole pork ham, clean and without any external addition -We never seek to accelerate its production process- It is marinated in brine and massaged in a drum for more than 12 hours. It is cooked at a low temperature for approximately 6 hours.
